Automation Project
Test automation services: your test cases, automated and handed over.
We turn your test cases into an automated suite in Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, set it up in your CI/CD pipeline and hand it over to your team.
- One project, clear scope
- You own the suite
- Playwright, Cypress, Selenium
Two ways to start
With test cases or without. Either way you end up with the same thing: a suite you own.
You already have test cases
Send us what you have, in any format: a spreadsheet, Jira, a test management tool or a document.
- We review them and flag gaps or duplicates
- We agree which ones are worth automating
- We automate them and keep each test linked to its case
You do not have test cases yet
We write them first, from your requirements and the application itself, then automate them.
- We map your application's main journeys
- We write risk-rated test cases for you to approve
- We automate the approved cases
How the project runs
Four stages, with something for you to see at the end of each.
Scope
We look at your application and your test cases, agree what to automate and choose the tool that fits your team.
Build
We write the suite with page objects, one house style and tests that create their own data, so they run in any order.
Connect
We set the suite up in your CI/CD pipeline, so it runs on every change or on a schedule you choose.
Hand over
We walk your team through the suite and how to run and extend it. From here it is yours.
What you receive
Everything is in your repository and your pipeline at handover.
The automated suite
In your repository, in Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
Readable tests
Page objects and clear names, so your team can change them.
A working pipeline
Set up in GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Your test cases, mapped
Each automated test traced back to the case it covers.
A run guide
How to run the suite, read a failure and add a test.
A handover session
A walkthrough with your team, with time for questions.

Keep the suite green after handover
Applications change, and tests break when they do. With the upkeep plan we look after the suite each month, so it stays something your team trusts.
Monthly · Request a quote
- We repair tests when your application changes
- We add tests for new features as you ship them
- We look into failures and tell you which are real bugs
- The suite stays in your repository and stays yours
What a well-built suite does
- Nightly regression run
- 6h to 11m
- Flaky tests
- 40% to 0.8%
- Escaped defects per quarter
- -64%
From one suite of 2,400 tests that we rebuilt. Your results will depend on your application and where you start.
Frequently asked questions
- What do you need from us to start?
- Access to a staging or test environment, a test account if your application has a login, your test cases if you have them, and access to the repository where the suite will live.
- Which tool will you use: Playwright, Cypress or Selenium?
- The one that fits your application and your team. We work in all three. If you already use one, we stay with it. For a new suite we will recommend one and explain why before any work starts.
- Do we own the test suite?
- Yes. The suite is written in your repository and runs in your pipeline. At handover it is yours to run, change and extend, with or without us.
- What if we do not have written test cases?
- We write them first. We map your application's main journeys, write risk-rated test cases for you to approve, and then automate the approved ones.
- How long does an automation project take, and what does it cost?
- Both depend on the size of your application and the number of test cases. We give you a timeline and a price in the quote, after a short look at your application.
- What happens after handover?
- Your team runs the suite. If you would rather we kept it up to date as your application changes, you can add the monthly upkeep plan, or move to a Managed QA Team.
